Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by CircuCore Technologies ("CircuCore," "we," "us," or "our"), a durable medical equipment (DME) provider that supplies CircuLife active compression devices to patients referred by their healthcare providers. By enrolling in our program and providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Program name

CircuCore Patient Notifications.

Program description

When you enroll as a CircuCore patient, you may receive transactional text messages about your specific device order, including insurance verification status, order confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance claim and billing status, and self-pay payment links. These are service messages related to your own order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in

Patients are referred to CircuCore by a licensed healthcare provider, who provides us with the patient's contact information, including a mobile phone number, so that we can fulfill and service the device order. We treat that number as contact information only and do not enroll you in text messaging automatically. Before sending any order-update texts, CircuCore sends you a single one-time welcome message that asks whether you would like to receive text updates about your order and tells you how to opt out. We send further text messages only if you affirmatively confirm — for example, by replying YES or START. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of receiving your device or any other service. If you choose not to opt in (or do not reply), we will keep you informed by phone, email, or mail. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the status and progress of your order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. CircuCore does not charge you for the text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

Getting help (HELP)

For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us at support@circucore.com. You may also simply reply to any message with your question.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you want to opt back in, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

General Terms

Services

CircuCore provides durable medical equipment and related billing and fulfillment services to patients referred by a licensed healthcare provider. The provision of equipment is subject to a valid prescription and, where applicable, insurance coverage and verification.

Communications from CircuCore relate to the status of your order and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. For medical questions, contact your healthcare provider.
